Beyond the expected credentials, their number one priority is to make sure all instructors share their core philosophy to make fitness fun, safe, effective, and a way of life.

Pilates stretches, strengthens, and balances the muscles in the body. These exercises can be done on a mat or equipment. Pilates creates long, lean muscle tone, improves core strength, posture, balance, and flexibility, while also flattening the stomach. It can help relieve lower back discomfort and other aches and pains. Pilates is great for improving your golf or tennis game. 

We practice "Functional Training,” which works multiple muscles at one time, taking less time to workout while burning more calories. We provide you with a program that will challenge you effectively, and efficiently without injury. The use of high intensity workouts, treadmills and bikes improves cardiovascular conditioning for a healthy heart, and stretching enhances flexibility.

Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching is an innovative form of bodywork that can restore balance by stretching the stronger muscles and strengthening the weaker ones.  Almost all aches and pains in the body are caused by muscle imbalances.  When muscles are stretched, they release toxins and allow for movement and energy throughout the body.

Whatever training format you choose, we'll create a program custom fit for you. We offer both private and small group sessions.

Private: $95/hr

Semi-private: $65/hr

Group of three: $50/hr  

Group of four: $45/hr
